This project will seek to increase employment in Romania, reoriented population employed in subsistence agriculture to other sectors of the labor market, through a series of actions that have the need to introduce sustainability criteria in each of the expected . We have therefore to improve the qualifications of citizens to broaden the possibilities of insertion in the labor market, further motivating the creation of companies and self dinamize the axes of the Romanian economy.
Following Eurostat data, women in Romania is almost ten percent lower than men with regard to the level of employment. For this reason, and having regard to the criteria of equal opportunities, special attention shall be given for potentiation insert women into the labor market.
